USA Spec iPod® Interface Connects your iPod to select GM factory radios br /Ordered from Amazon and shipped by Pacific stereo.br /br /The delivery estimate was 3 to 5 days out. The package arrived on the 2nd business day. I was thrilled with the quick turnaround. br /br /I made a mistake and ordered the wrong part number. I noticed the error before I opened the package. I called Pacific stereo and talked to a man called Chris Davis. He couldn't have been nicer and told me he will ship the correct package immediately with a return label in the box. All I have to do is swap parts. slap the included prepaid label on the box and hand it back too UPS. br /It was a pleasure doing buisness with Chris. Pacific stereo is now in my address book and I will use them for what I need and they carry it. br /Highly recommended." br /br /Robert Boe

iPod to GM/ Chevrolet / Cadillac / GMC / Oldsmobile / Pontiac Factory Radio Interface w/ Auxiliary Audio input Feature

  • Direct audio input from iPod to factory radio
  • Best sound quality- Much better than tape adapters or FM transmitters!
  • Factory radio buttons control basic iPod functions
  • Simple plug and play installation
  • Charges iPod
The PA11 series iPod interfaces provide direct connection for an iPod plus an optional audio source such as satellite radio, DVD, or video game system. Both the iPod and the additional audio source can be selected from the factory radioâ??s front panel. The interface adapter connects the iPod to your factory radio as if it were a CD changer, allowing direct selection of iPod playlists through the radioâ??s preset (or disc) buttons and is compatible with iPod models featuring the dock connector, including the iPod nano and 5G iPod video.brbrThere are two operating modes available for the interface, Playlist Mode and Direct Mode. Playlist Mode uses the controls on the factory radio to provide basic navigation functions including song up/down, playlist up/down, repeat, shuffle, scan, and FF/REW functions. Direct Mode uses the iPod's click wheel to navigate through the iPod's menus and select songs, artists, playlists, etc. and the radio buttons are used only for volume, bass and treble. Both modes still charge the iPod while connected, and stops one hour after the iPod is paused to prevent over-charging. brbrNote: Display of artist and song title information, track search by artist, song title, album or genre are NOT supported. Only the Playlist and track numbers are displayed.brbrGM Applications:br Astro - 1997-2001br Avalanche - 2002br Blazer/S-10 Truck - 2000-2001br Bonneville - 1997-1999br Bravada/Silhouette - 1997-1999br Camaro - 1997-2002br Cavalier - 1997-1999br Denali/Yukon - 2000-2002br Escalade - 1997-2002br Firebird/Grand Am - 1997-2000br Grand Prix - 1997-2002br Impala/Monte Carlo - 1999-2001br Jimmy/Sonoma - 2000-2001br Malibu - 1997-2000br Montana - 1998-1999br Safari - 1997-2001br Sierra - 2000-2002br Silverado - 2000-2002br Sunfire - 1998-1999brbr Suburban/Tahoe - 1997-2002brbr Note: 1999 and earlier AM/FM/CD radios do not control a changer and are not compatible.

Good but has issues - Conrad B. Senior - Easton, CT United States
Owned for three years. Would like something better. Want to back up and play the last song again... Doesn't always back up. Lose one channel often. Thinking about soldering the wires to fix that better, but will probably upgrade to something better

GREAT! - Chad Horner - Pennsylvania
Bought this product for my 2002 Chevy Silverado so I could listen to my iPod. Works perfect, easy to install and no complaints.
